how did u do may 30dshredders?

i started 2day. what a great workout it wuz rough but i made it through without stoppin too much!:laugh: how did u girls do 2day?

    I did SO awesome today! So many different work outs, so much FOOD! hah and still under my calorie goal! :D
  • what else r u doin? im walking 3 miles a few days per week. mite throw n a zumba dvd a few times also. lets get results!:smile:

    I'm liking the shred more than I thought i would. I try to do zumba once a week and walk or hike 3x a week.

    being so sore.. for me .. each day got tougher.. i am also doing leslie sansone walk at home videos.. and a couple outdoor walk/jogs.. no weight loss for the week stayed the same.. but i can wear pants i haven't been able to wear for a couple years.. so it is working!!! :)
