SO SO SORE!!!!

Maybe I am just way out of shape, but every muscle in my body is sore and I am to the point I hope my legs will fall off so my thighs will not hurt any more. lol I guess beauty is pain and at least I know its working!!!! Hope everyone has had a good first two days!!!

    Me too, and only two days in. For those of you that have done this before please tell me it gets easier. I just struggled to sit down on the toilet!!!! Once I get moving again I don't seem so bad. 3rd time tonight and I will not be defeated by my sore body.

    No pain no gain right?? (no pain no loss makes more sense surely)

    YES ladies it will get easier!! I am on Day 7, the first three days I could hardley even walk! i did it three days in a row took 1 day off and on the 4th day it was a little bit better. i still feel in especialy in the arm exercises but the legs are getting stronger!!

    Please add me, I lost 9.75" month 1 and did not do every day....

    Protien powder for your post workout within 30 min for recovery....this is so important, and helps you loose.

    LISTEN to you BODY....PLEASE....recovery is as important as pushing through....

    The first two days were brutal but easier on the third day. Good thing this such a short work out. Otherwise I don't know how I'd make it!
