I just started C2K5 today and will definitely be repeating day one over a few times!
I've never been much of a runner, even when I was at my slimmest, so this will be a bit challenge for me to get through. But, I am excited to start this progress!
My legs were definitely angry with me by the time I got home, but I know if I keep this up and stick with the program, I will be the better for it!
Are there any recommendations for stretches that ya'll can recommend? My calves hurt like hell half way through, and I'm not sure the best way to stretch this out.

I've got the same problem, sadly. Today I found a video with stretches that I'm going to try out. I was out doing w1d1 yesterday and I got shin splints out of it... Sigh.
