Well added in strength training this month and went on 2 short vacations full of pizza and wine and now I'm on my period and I've basically stayed the same - so I call that a success! Maybe I'll pull some magic over the next 7 days and it'll drop to 121 - hoping its just water weight right now anyway!0 -

Yay! Happy with some progress after that first week of the month. My scale was actually at 162.4 one morning, but I think I was pretty dehydrated.

Argh needing motivation today! Haven't been to gym since Monday and can't be bothered! Had first white bread in about 2 months at work earlier I feel gross and bloated and it's my husbands birthday this weekend so I'm going to be surrounded by take aways and alcohol .....nightmare!!!0

Hiya guys sorry for the late update!!! I stayed in London a bit longer than expected and I’m now dreading the weigh-in tomorrow so much more! Anyway a big well done to cbh142 for reaching your goal! And another one for jspeigel who has met her goal and lost an additional 1.1pound!

I survived the party but just finished polishing off a KFC!!!! Going to relax tonight and hit gym hard tomorrow! I'm seeing it as a reward seen as went since 20th feb with 1100 cals or less every day and 28 pounds down (maybe more like 26 after today!0
