I started phase 3 yesterday. I got a little behind when I went out of town then I hurt my neck. So a little off track, but am back on now! So I started phase 3 and workout 10 is my favorite! I was so sweaty by the end I could hardly hold onto the weights for the lunge chop things. I'm excited to weigh in on Monday. I'm down 12 pounds so far. My goal is to lose 8 more in phase 3 for a total loss of 20 pounds for body revolution!

    You are doing great! I did workout 9 today. Still having trouble with the divebombers. I can physically do them, but my hips make an awful noise that freaks me out!
