Super B12 complex

I have been taking thyroid meds since I was 16....not sure if that matters or not. Anyway, my question is; How long after taking my thyroid medication should I wait to take the B complex. I decided to start taking it because I feel so drained after I have a good workout. Not just that night but the next day as well.

    I don't think it matters for B12 -- it's things like Iron, Calcium, Nuts that can block absorption of thyroid meds... But I have never heard of B12 blocking absorption.
