Hello Ladies,

I am doing round 2 of Jamie Eason's workout. I went through phase 2 and decided to start over at the beginning and just use heavier weights. I am curious to know how much weight you all are lifting for the exercises. I know we can't do them ALL but can you guys give me some ideas of how much you are doing?

Here's mine:

Lat pull down 70lbs
1 arm dumbbell row 20lbs
dumbbell bench press 20lbs
leg press 110lbs
wide squat 75lbs
calf raise 100lbs
most of the delt stuff is 10-20lbs

I am feeling like a bit of a wimp. Am I one of those chicks the guys are rolling their eyes at in the free weight section?

For heavy weights, you should be able to lift the weight without compromising your form.
If your lifting wrong,... your going to hurt yourself.

For myself, I always guage the heavy weight based on how a set of 8 reps feels.
For example, If I am doing shoulder presses with 20 Lb weights, and I breeze through 8 reps with no problems,...its too light. If I increase the weight, and get through 5 reps, and struggle with the last few reps....thats probably a good weight to lift.

Sorry....this was supposed to be attached to the previous post....
These are the weights I was lifting when lifting heavy....

    Lat pull down 90lbs
    1 arm dumbbell row 30lbs
    dumbbell bench press 20lbs
    leg press 180lbs
    wide squat 75lbs
    calf raise 135lbs
    delt stuff 15-20lbs

Lol...and no one thinks you are a wimp....Some of the hardest workouts are when you decrease the weight, and increase the reps :)

Thanks!!! :-) Genetically and from years of competitive cheer and gymnastics these legs pack a bit of power but I do agree my upper body is slowly but surely increasing its strength and its awesome!!
