I have a 9 month old son whom I breast feed so I is very difficult for me to go to a gym so I was wondering if anyone has every completed the workout from home
Starting today.

Week 6 Phase 2 !!
Just started week 6, phase two. I was already in week three of Phase 2, but I wasn't doing the cardio so I went back a couple of weeks. I do really well with the workouts, but I don't do the six day split. I just hit every body part once a week. I am trying to hit abs every other day. Any body else in Phase 2 or beyond??
1st Day of Phase 1
TOMORROW! I'm ready! A little happy and a little worried about the no cardio. The number on the scale has a strong power over the way I perceive myself so I will have to have my husband hide the scale from me, I know and understand its not about the number but it still plays with mind! Any tips for this phase? Thanks!
Starting tomorrow - question on exercises, please help
So, starting day one tomorrow and theres 3 sets with 12 reps for each exercise. Do I complete 1 set of an exercise then move on to the next and do 1 set of that exercise then move on to the next etc OR do I do 1 set of reps of the first exercise then rest for 1 minute, then do another set of reps for the same exercise then…
