Week 6 Phase 2 !!

Just started week 6, phase two. I was already in week three of Phase 2, but I wasn't doing the cardio so I went back a couple of weeks. I do really well with the workouts, but I don't do the six day split. I just hit every body part once a week. I am trying to hit abs every other day. Any body else in Phase 2 or beyond??

Congrats! I am doing week seven twice, and I did week six twice, because I was so sore from the first time of each of those weeks that I didn't think my body was ready to take it up a notch the next week. I am on first week seven. Seriously sore...enough to take today off. I don't want to blow my awesome shoulder repair with an injury.
I got in an eating slump this entire phase....I ate clean, just didn't log anything and I feel like I am not in control. I also didn't see any weight loss. So tomorrow, I am back to logging food and planning a bit better. Also, I am going to pay better attention to carbs...as in WHEN to eat them and when to stop. I feel great, and am getting strong. I like phase two a lot.0
