I will be finishing Day 3 tonight after work. I'm sore but happy because I know its working. I'm at 2lb weights but I think I will increase this by the weekend. Are you guys going to give yourself any rest days?0

I'll be doing my 4th day this afternoon. I am planning on no breaks, but going gangbusters through the complete 30 days then i'll rest at the pool thanking JM for kicking my butt.0

I did Day 5 today - I've been debating taking any breaks. At first my plan was not to, but after 5 days I'm thinking my body might need a day off (the soreness is subsiding though ) I don't think I'll have much time to get it in on Saturday, so I may play it by ear and not feel too bad if I don't end up doing it. I will miss eating those extra calories though...0

I just completed day 3. Glad it's done, LOL. I can't say it's getting easier yet, but I do like "knowing what's coming" a bit more. It's not as overwhemling when I know what move I'll be doing next or how much longer I need to do those damn jumping jacks:sad:
Jillian says that by day 7 it should be easier...I'm going to hold her to that!0 -
I am not taking any breaks ,,, I have 5months to lose around 35 lbs ,, crossin my fingers0

Cross your fingers, then cross your biceps, cross your legs, do some squats, and then kick some butt! You can do this!0 -
Day 3...DONE! I definitely had to fight myself to do it. Usually, I get it done in the morning, but had to put it off tonight. I'm not a night time exerciser, so I'm glad I did it. I'm not sore anymore, but I still take a few tiny breaks. Determined to get through it without having to slack. Off to Day 4 tomorrow!!0

I hope I can do this, I feel different, but the scales or the measuring tape doesn't say otherwise0
