First week, how did you all do?

I lost 2lb, very surprised as no exercise at all this week as broke some of my exercise euipment (i know no excuses right) and dont do the gym (hate it!) and got disheartened but tonight I shall be exercising again as have new gear!

I gained 1 lb this week. ;(
Next week I am cutting out on cookies, not skipping meals, adding protein and tracking sugar.

I lost 1.6 this week. I am happy with it, as I have been stuck for the past two weeks with no change.
I had just upped my calories 3 weeks ago and really upped the exercise in the last week or so. I'm now walking 5 miles a day average, some days a little more. And really upped the strength training with heavier kettlebells!0 -
I lost 1.8 pounds this week. I did a lot better than I thought I would.0

I've lost a 1lb..... will need to increase exercise..been ill and not able to get out to gym or walk. So should do better..I hope :ohwell:

Well I just lost 0.5 pound - but 0.5 in 5 days is okay.... My target for next friday is a 2 pound loss so need to step up the exercise.
