cardio and 30 ds

Ive been doing 20 to 30 min. On the elliptical in addition to the 30ds.I am over working myself or is that what everyone is doing?

    I'm taking my dogs for a 40 minute brisk walk in addition to the 30DS. I burn more calories during the walk - crazy as that is... I only burn 185 calories doing the video, so for me that's not enough for the day.

    I feel any extra work I put in, the faster I'll see results (and summer is just around the corner)!!! :)

    I walk my dogs everyday. I play volleyball on two leagues. I still do other workout videos.

    My problem is, I like food! So, the only way I can eat food, is if I burn enough calories! That is my motivation. My love of food!:love:

    I walk and plan on starting to swim on top of 30DS. In fact, tomorrow morning I have a March of Dimes walk. That will be 3 miles, I believe.

    Im doing a 2 mile jog after the workout. And I do another circuit training class for 1 hr 3 days a week,

    When I'm up for it, I also do 30 minutes on a stationary bike.
