What do you do on your off days?

I started Wednesday with day one (it was soooo hard) and did day two yesterday - it was slightly easier even though I had to run for 60 seconds EIGHT times instead of six!! On Thursday, I made sure to walk at least 10,000 steps (I did over 12,000). Yesterday I did over 13,000! So on off days, I'm still going to walk and probably do free stepping on wii fit. I think I'm going to do C25K every other day. My goal is to run everyday, but my body is not ready yet Soon though!!
So how is everyone else doing and what do you do on your off days?

Hi Sarah,
I just joined the group. On my off days (today) I walk either 2 or 4 miles depending on my schedule. I will be completing Week 2 tomorrow! I can't believe I made it past W1D1!0 -
On my non-c25k days I do the treadmill for an hour. Today I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and a 40 minute Taebo DVD. I need to start mixing it up a bit. We'll get there!0

I started out walking on my off days then slipped to doing nothing. Definately found it easier when walking or doing something on my off days. Another thing I like is yoga because it helps stretch out those tight muscles I get after a run.0

On my C25K-off days I still go on the treadmill and do a walk-jog combination. I also do a Jillian Michael's workout dvd for 30-40mins each day.0

I do things on my off days and on days. Pretty hectic schedule. I'm sporty so have football, dodgeball, kickboxing and hockey and then I'm also doing power 90 as well so I'm doing something every day0

I just downloaded this sweet Nike Training Club app on my iphone. I have an off day tomorrow so I'm going to do a combination of the workouts they have there and walk 4 miles!0
