Working out while in Keto

My workout consists of roughly 45- 60 minutes of pretty vigorous weight workouts and roughly an hour of low intensity cardio. Under these conditions and roughly 2500 calories per day, I can usually shred almost a pound a day. What are you guy's diet and exercise consist of?

I usually stick to 1400-2000 calories and maybe 15 minutes of weights followed by an hour of HIIT two or three times a week. I lose a pound or two a week, which is fine by me.0

This is basically my routine, too. I'm shooting for 1500 calories, lifting 20-30 minutes 3x per week, and 30-60 mins of cardio every other day (bike rides).
Might need to add a few calories as I'm starting C25K now, but so far I'm not feeling deprived.0
