Goals for May Workouts

What are you work out goals for May 2012? I will do (2) 5k races, complete stage 2 of NROL4W, begin stage 3 of NROL4W, complete my 10k training and lastly start a kickboxing class. Oh yeah I plan to burn 20000 calories in MAY!

Im on week 6 of c25k, also doing Jillian Michaels 6wk 6pack...This is the second week of that.

I am also on C25K Week 5 starting this week. I have a 5K race scheduled for June 3rd. I also walk and strengh train.
My goal is to burn 3500 calories per week using my HRM, for June 1st I want to weigh in at my target weight of 250.
I have 6 lbs to lose to get there but I would like to blow by it.0
