Hello everyone,

I saw this in a recent forum topic called, "If this doesn't motivate you, nothing will." and I wanted to share it with all of you. I know this has motivated me - it made me cry! After watching this I feel guilty for making excuses for myself for so long and I'm done making excuses.

If this guy can do it .... ANYONE CAN!!!!!

    It made me cry too but the part that got me the most was the end when he was not only walking on his own but RUNNING!!!!! Good for him for giving it his all and proving everyone wrong!!!!! He not only looks great but he seems happy - as the old saying goes, "It only takes one person to make a difference." ... well, in this case that is SOOO TRUE!!!!! That 1 yoga instructor didn't turn him away like everyone else and gave him a chance (good for that guy)! What an amazing story - defiantly motivated me!
