I got brave last night and moved on to level 3. It wasn't as bad as thought it would be, I can tell I am a lot stronger than when I started. The last ab move is super difficult and you use your weights for some of the cardio exercises.
Did day 1 of Level 2 today, and realised why level one had become easier towards the end, level 2 is really hard!
