30DS MOTIVATION
Hello Shredded hotties!! I have done a day here and there of the 30DS.. but i have lost motivation big time! Does anyone have any motivating results that they could share to help me! Thanks so much!!
30 day shred level 3
I got brave last night and moved on to level 3. It wasn't as bad as thought it would be, I can tell I am a lot stronger than when I started. The last ab move is super difficult and you use your weights for some of the cardio exercises.
30DS Level 2
Did day 1 of Level 2 today, and realised why level one had become easier towards the end, level 2 is really hard! Although it did end quicker than i expected and I can feel it instantly on my arms, doesn't feel as much on my stomach but i have literally just finished it. I didn't take enough measurements to start but but I have lost 6lb since starting it and quite a few inches, I can also see a big difference in my back, shoulders, abs, legs everywhere actually! I did up to day 6 of level two on 19th May, then I've been away on my hols :smile: Should I start again now, or just do a couple of days of Level one then go back to where I started?

Putting a workout into Myfitnesspal app?
I didn't find an option to put in 3DS specifically in the Myfitnesspal app on my android. What do you guys put it in as? I just entered it as "circuit training - general."
