I did up to day 6 of level two on 19th May, then I've been away on my hols ![:smile: :smile:](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Should I start again now, or just do a couple of days of Level one then go back to where I started?

I would do level one for a few days just to ease your muscles into it , then start on level two .0
