    I.....AM....tired!!!!!! Chalene tried to kill me today with the EZ 45! Wow do I feel engergized the rest of the day after my shower though!

    I fill really bad because I quit at the 16 min mark, my hip started hurt, but tomorrow im going to give it my all no QUITTERS OVER HERE!

    HIIT 15 and Tone 30 today. I love the HIIT workouts, I am not too sure about the tone one.

    That's exactly what I told my husband today. The Low HIIT 20 was as much as doing the Punch Kick and Jam from TurboJam!! I just started this weekend, and I love it.

    I was in a bad mood and did HIIT 15 with Sculpt 30 and felt amazing afterwards and was not so heated in my mood anymore. YAY :)

    Class was ok, not a big fan of 45 EZ, but I like some of the routines :)

    I do not like the 45 EZ class either haha

    I'm on day 3 and just realized it was a rest day! Did you ladies actually take the rest day as recommended or did you do some kind of workout?
