4/3/2012 - 176.8
4/14/12 - 176 *** .8 lb loss - almost a lb but also TOM so that accounts for some ... still happy w/ the progress.
4/21/12 - 175 *** 1lb loss - YAY! Reached my first weight loss goal! Pretty excited about that.
4/28/12 - 175.0 *** 0lb loss
I didn't expect a loss this week actually, I figured I might gain a little if anything. I added NROL4W back in and could definitely tell the difference since I went 2 weeks w/out working out at all. Pretty sure next week I'll be good for a drop though. Just had to get back into my old routine. I feel much better going back to the gym though. Tomorrow is run day! YAY! For today I'm going to enjoy the rest of my Spike.0 -
Happy end of April! Hope everyone is happy with their progress! I just hit my goal of 10 lbs, but most of it was early on in the month. Next month it's time to cruise!0

My goal for April is to lose 6 pounds (2.7kg), and hopefully at least 3'' from my body measurements.
My total loss for April is 8.6 pounds. I even hit the 50 lbs lost mark today. :bigsmile: And I lost 6.75 inches! :happy: :happy: :happy:0 -
I'm nowhere near my four pound goal for April. I was 221 on March 31 and am now 220 on April 30. I always knew the last fifteen pounds would be the most difficult, but this plateau is still discouraging.0
