Day 7 of Week 1 : Down 9lbs : Time to Rest

Well, today is day 7 of my Body Revolution and I really have had great success. I got on the scale today and I was down 9 pounds. I can tell you that the morning I started was after a weekend/week of pretty heavy eating, so a couple of the pounds were likely leftovers from that. Even so I have to say that I am thrilled. I need to lose 20 pounds to be at a healthy weight again and would like to lose 35.

I am a 43 year old mother of 2 (4yrs & 2yrs) and I haven't been physically active for over a year. So if you are someone who has been working out regularly and is just starting the program, I don't think you'll see the same results.

I have been following the Kickstart eating plan faithfully, but have only been doing the morning workouts. I have not been doing the PM Cardio. Chasing my daughters around does give me a little added activity.

I am resting today : while continuing to eat clean and sticking to the 1200 calorie limit. Tomorrow starts week 2. I know I won't achieve the same results as my body adjusts, but this initial success has me motivated to keep it going!!

    Wow, greats results! Well done :D I'm half your age and I gained weight during my first week (due to a night at the pub; won't be making that mistake again!)

    That is FANTASTIC!!!!!!! I am on Day 4 of Week 2 and have lost 7 pounds total. Keep up the great work!
