Push Month

I am in the second week of the push month. Though I have been eating really good and staying on track. I am still not losing what I thought I would be compared to others on my program. Is it because I am gaining muscle? Did anyone else experience it?

I only lost 8 pounds total with the whole program. But, my body is completely different! I don't think I lost anything in Push month. It is hard not to get discouraged, but pay more attention to how you feel and how clothes fit.0

I'm also on the second week of the push phase. I only do the lifting days and do C25K and spinning classes for cardio. I am losing weight, but very slowly
My clothes, however, are looser so I'm trying to focus on that rather than what the scale says.

Thanks! I wanted to make sure I wasn't alone. My cloths are fitting better. It's just upsetting when others who are not working out at the same intensity are losing more than I am. (I guess it's my competitive nature).0

Loosing weight too quickly isn't good either! The fact that things are fitting differently is huge! Get off that scale and use a measuring tape! Far too many people rely on a scale for recognition. Keep up the great work0

I have alread completed the program. I only lost a few pounds, but it changed my body. I had to buy new pants and shorts, because my old ones fall off my hips. My tummy is now flat, and I am starting the see definition in my arms. I didn't follow the program (including diet) as well as I could of last time; so I expect more results this round. Also I want to push myself more cardio wise and am doing Turbo Fire on the cardio days.0

I finally saw weight loss. The hubby says my mid section is looking a lot slimmer too.0

I think I lost the most in the Lean month. But even if the scale doesn't show it, my BODY shows it. I loved this program and after I finish BBL I'm going to go thru again with the CHX Deluxe schedule.0

My scale has been stuck lately, but I am losing inches and more importantly, I'm feeling so much stronger and healthier. I'm in this for the long haul (although I would be thrilled to wake up tomorrow at my goal weight lol). I have one more week of Push and then I start Lean.0

I have one more workout to go in the Push month and I've lost about 8 pounds-- so, about 1 pound a week. I've dropped a pant size & shirt size, had to tighten my watch band, and I desperately need new (smaller) bras. Plus I am so much stronger, have more stamina, and more visible muscles too. I'd say that's a success as far as I'm concerned! Can't wait to see my results after I'm done with Lean.0

I will be starting push on Sunday! I did measurements today to see how I did on burn...12 inches total lost! Lost the most on my hips..2.75 inches. Lost 2 on abductors and 1.75 on waist. I am super happy with the progress I am making. Hoping to see great results in push and lean!0
