Stuck in a keto limbo!

Options
Hello everyone! I've been a keto member for about three months I'd like to say.
I dropped 16 lbs in two weeks quick, hit a plateau for about a month, gained two pounds, did some IF for three days, began dropping again (went 4 lbs in 2 days), lost another 3 in about a week and a half, and then gained two again. I've seem to be stuck in this awkward weight frame for a good portion of the diet, and I'm not sure what exactly I'm doing wrong.

My macros have been perfect, I usually keep my carbs under 10g anyways. My body fat percentage is large, so its not that I'm hitting my plateau because I'm getting to the last 10 lbs or something (I have a good 25-40 lbs to be in a healthy range.)

I'm really not sure what I should do anymore. :\ I'm starting to lose hope which is sad since Keto has been the only diet that has ever worked for me. But now it seems like I'm just stuck. Any ideas or helpful tips?

Drink more water? What is your calorie intake? Do you work out? Are you losing inches, if not weight?

I actually started drinking ten times more water - I generally shoot for two liters a day. This begun around last week, hoping/praying it'd work.
I do work out, at least 3 but I shoot for four times a day. 20 minute cardio, 40 minute strength. (I want to be able to bench press a bear). I'm not sure about inches, I lost my damn measuring tape aka its probably in my closet aka narnia aka its lost forever oh god. I mean I lost from my bust thats for sure, I know I went down at least an inch in my waist, and an inch in my hips.

YOU WORK OUT THREE TO FOUR TIMES A *DAY*? Please tell me you meant 3-4x a *week*! :)

Do you stick to the 1200 calorie baseline or are you trying the 1500-1800 "eat more, weigh less" method that seems to work fairly well for some women?

A WEEK A WEEK OH GOD.
I just stick to a range between 800-1200. It depends on how busy I am during the day. :P

Try upping your calories by 100 or so a week, and re-assess. I did a few weeks at 1400, then eased up to 1700, and found that I lose weight there like a charm.

Also, 2L of water is pretty low still. Although I'm a 6'1 male, so I'll save my opinions on that matter
