I actually started working out at my gym and at home: Jan, 15th 2012 BUT I MESSED UP ALOT ON MY EATING PART OF THE DIET, THAT I LOST 5LBS TO GAIN IT ALL BACK..SO YEAH IM BACK AT MY STARTING WEIGHT HERE IT IS:
Current Weight: 140lbs.
Goal Weight: 120-125 (main goal 15lbs.)
Neck: 13in.
Chest/Bust: 37 1/2 in. (Wider than my hip area)
Waist: 32
Stomach @ Belly button: 37 in.
Stomach flab: 3 in. in palm of hand (that I can grab from left to right on both sides and in middle)
Hips: 37
Upper R/L arm no flexing: 11
Thigh R/L: 23
Calf R/L: 13 1/20 -

Hey everyone! I plan on starting the shred on Monday (and maybe even some burn fat boost metabolism in there too), and I'm really excited to start. Seeing all the pics is certainly inspiring!

I'm having to finish up the 30 day shred a day early (will do day 29 today) because I leave for a vacation tomorrow! Took my measurements this morning and have posted the before's and after's below.

Call me crazy but I started the 30 DS again today. I felt so good about my results the first time around that I've decided to use it to try to get me through the last 5-7 pounds I need to lose and tone up some muscles! I have been doing Ripped in 30 and started Week 4 this morning of it (followed that up with Day 1, Level 1 of 30 DS). I will have to post beginning measurements later this week as they aren't the same as the final measurements posted above.0 -
