I'm having to finish up the 30 day shred a day early (will do day 29 today) because I leave for a vacation tomorrow! Took my measurements this morning and have posted the before's and after's below.

All in all, okay results. I would have liked to have seen the hips and belly button area shrink more! Interesting that my bust changed so little. Guess I can attribute that to strength training that I've been doing on my upper body. Will start Ripped in 30 next.
Call me crazy but I started the 30 DS again today. I felt so good about my results the first time around that I've decided to use it to try to get me through the last 5-7 pounds I need to lose and tone up some muscles! I have been doing Ripped in 30 and started Week 4 this morning of it (followed that up with Day 1, Level 1 of 30 DS). I will have to post beginning measurements later this week as they aren't the same as the final measurements posted above.0 -

I haven't done any more measurments yet but I now weigh 135.8.
Twice I've done six week six pack after and today I did banish fat boost metabalism.
