I don't have a heart monitor at this point and I want to make sure I'm accurately inputting Insanity for exercise calories. What do you all use? Would you just use Aerobics, general? Calisthenics? Or a mixture of both depending on the workout?

    This might help:

I just do 250 a day per a video knowing some work you harder than others and I'd rather be on the low side. I did do 300 and then decided to drop it down to be safe.

I wear a Bodyfit Monitor. It's a really cool device that is worn on the arm and through the magic of science, I know how many calories I burn in a day. You can look to see how many were burned during a specific time period. It also tracks steps taken and how long you sleep vs laying down. I was surprised at how inefficient my sleep was when I first got it.
