How are you recording your Insanity workouts in the app?
Just wondering how everyone else has been tracking their workouts with the app. Personally, i've been using the circuit training exercise, but I'm curious if anyone has found anything better to use.

Power Knees
Has anyone noticed in the program when you "switch" knees in the power knees section? Does Shaun "tell you" to use the other knee to try to balance the number of reps you do? I'm thinking if I switch knees then that number will be different from my initial knee. Any thoughts?
