What do you want to do?

So as a overweight woman there is a list of things I can not do that that I hope to be able to do as I lose weight! Her eis my list! I would love to see yours as well!

* RUN!

* buy cute clothes anywhere I shop.

* wear sexy underwear and cute bras

* wear a seat belt

* ride a roller coaster

* get out playing with my daughter

* have awesome sex...dont get me wrong...it's good now but I want some porn star lovings!

* white water rafting

* hiking

* biking

* sitting in a booth at a restaurant

* tying my shoes

* walking thru aisles at a store and no worrying about brushing against others on accident

* get tattoos in sexy spots...like my hips...if I ever find them...

* have another baby

and many others I will think of later :D

    Definitely agree with you on many of those!! I want to wear sexy lingerie, get my very first tattoo, play golf, and I'm ready to meet and date some handsome men. I'm close to doing several of these and very excited!!

    I want to run too! I would love to do a half marathon or maybe someday a full one.

    Paint my own toes. Don't get me wrong, I love pedicures, but sometimes I wish it was easier to do it myself.

    Feel comfortable in a bathing suit again. Right now....not so much.

    -not wear long sleeves year round

    -wear dresses
    -have at least one more child
    -be able to squat down and get back up easily
    -feel more comfortable in crowds
    -make my ex miss me that much more (..if we're being honest)

    Oh my word - so many of the things on your lists are things I want to do too!

    I want to:

    * Buy the clothes I want to not the ones I have to
    * Take pride in my body and teach my kids about good body image - not theoretical, but practical
    * Enjoy, really enjoy exercise and make it part of my lifestyle
    * Do a big hike with my brother&sister-in-law. They go on 5-day ones and I'm looking forward to the day I can join them and not feel like I'll be a burden.
    * Have as healthy a pregnancy as I can. We will be trying for our first next year and I do not want complications I could prevent.
    * I want to run, frolic, gallop, shindig and really play with my kids and dogs
    * Ditto on the awesome sex. I look forward to the day my husband can pick my up ;)
    * I want to be a better version of myself.

    Yes, I can do some of the things on the lists right now - but it's to a degree or percentage. I want to do it at 100% with laughter and joy. A watered down version is just not good enough any more.
  • I want to reach the point where when I see a reflection of myself in a storefront I don't go OH I LOOK LIKE THAT!?!?!

    I want to look the way I feel.

    I want to definitely be able to buy sexy lingerie.

    I want to buy that pair of pants that are OH DAMN! not oooh damn.

    I want to be able to run up my stairs without everything jiggling.

    I want to lose my baby belly- and 6 kids later its no mean feat.

    I want to be able to go out and people not see me as a mom first. Right now I have a mom body. Still packing that baby weight about 55 lbs from my goal if I want to be honest.

    I want to get another tattoo and feel comfortable showing off the ones I have.

    I want to be able to wear tank tops and feel comfortable.

    I want to not have fat for my kids to jiggle. They think its hilarious. I think its mortifying.

    I want to be a good example for my kids.

    Wear the beautiful clothes hanging in my closet that used to fit

    Not be invisible

    Feel pretty

    Thought of some more:

    * Be carried over the threshold

    * have a REAL wedding with a REAL wedding dress

    * have a 1950's style dress made by my friend Lauren (MarieAntoinette on SB)

    * get my driver's license renewed

    * go to sleep without the fear of not waking up

    * wear a bathing suit and look good in it

    * be strong enough to have a job...can't stand on feet too long right now...

    * go clubbing

    * be thin enough so family can buy me cute clothes or jammies for Christmas. It sucks seeing everyone get cute jammies and me not able to get them.

    Run a 5k.
    Wear a bikini by the time I'm 40!! Only 5 more years!! ~lol~
    Wear a skirt without having to wear shorts under it because my thighs rub together!
    Not hate the way I look from the waist down.
    Not be depressed because of my weight.

    I'd love to breathe better.

    I'd love to keep half of the photos taken of me.

    I'd love to walk and feel like I turned someone's head.
  • I want to

    - wear flattering clothes
    - be photogenic (rather than photo-phobic)
    - go on a plane and not have my leg touch the person next to me
    - really be able to strech myself out in my yoga classes (I can, but it involves adjusting my tummy/boobs)
    - buy cute underwear

    Climb a set of stairs without getting winded

    Play ball with my son

    Go on bike rides with my son

    Go on a nature hike

    Be able to buy the cute clothes I see in the Misses sections (instead of having to go to a specialty shop for big women)

    Be able to wear a pair of jeans without hurting!

    Wear sexy lingerie for my hubby ;)

    These are just the main things I want to do!

    I really want to like the smiley, happy, cheerful, energetic girls in the fitness videos. It's going to be a long road, but one day I'm gonna look at them as just normal chicks and not "fitness *****es".

    Yes - I just finished a fitness workout and I am not loving them right now ;)
  • Not to have to take a hundred pictures and only get one good one,make it so that I dont have to hold the camera just right so I dont show my double chin

    Lose enough weight so my body doesnt hurt,knees
    Not have High blood pressure

    Not look like Lisa the gnome, or any gnome woman

    Have more energy

    wear a size 12, and I mean wear it not squeeze part of me in it,actually a size 14 would be nice also

    Not have painful skin from were the fat rub,like under my belly

    not be so depressed,or stuck on my butt on the computer.

    wear clothes I dont have to tug at ,pull off my body,pull out of my body

    I thought of one more last night. I ride my bike 3-4 times a week for pretty long periods. I am looking forward to the day that my belly doesn't hit my upper thighs as I pedal. :(
  • These ARE good lists! I just joined this site yesterday from the Swapbot posting about it.

    I want to:

    - Try clothes on in the fitting room without shutting my eyes while I'm undressed.
    - BUY clothes without agonizing over how terrible it's going to look over my fat rolls.
    - Turn heads.
    - Not feel like if someone doesn't want to date me, it's because of my weight. Or that I'm constantly being judged for my weight.
    - Be able to squat down and get up again.
    - Walk without knee pain.
    - Dance without getting sweaty/out of breath instantly. (I still dance all the time, but I want to do it for extended periods!)
    - Ride a bike without dying. (Used to be amazing at this when I was 14!)
    - Prove to my dad that diet and exercise WORK and that he's lazy and a bad example (he's always made cruel comments about my weight before & after it was an issue and got fat removed from his abdomen that he's gained back because 'diet and exercise don't work' for him.)
    - Improve my various health conditions.
    - Avoid getting MORE health problems like diabetes.
    - Feel energized and happy.
