Go to the track and try to jog instead of speed walk!! Eat one less snack (I LOVE my snacks))0

so far i rode my bike 18.5 miles today, i drank 30 oz of water (about to drink 20 more now and then i will be taking a nap to be refreshed when my husband gets off. when i get up i will make it my business to try yo drink atleast 30 more oz of water and log my foods for the day and then my challenge for the day will be complete0

I will go walking for an hour, do some stretches too, and get some sunshine0
