Worked out this morning at 8 and I thought I did really well for the majority of the movements, had to stop a coouple times, but only for a couple of seconds. Worked all day, and now im home, and SORE! Deff feeling it today in my shoulders and my legs!! People are telling me more and more ( I wore a dress to work today) That they can see im slimming!! Cant wait to look like my profile picture again! And Im feeling healthier, and happier! You?

Done day 12. My knee (which I have had problems with in the past) is starting to give me trouble. I'm fine for most of the modified moves, but the cardio is a little tricky. I have been getting a lot of compliments lately about the weight I'm losing. And I am feeling so much better (with the exception of my knee).0
