Alright, this is it! Please use this thread to record your calories burned through working out this weekend. Please be sure to make a comment with your total calories burned for the day and how you burned them. After further consideration I have decided that since all teams do not have an even number of team members we will make it fair by taking the overall average of calories burned for the team. This equation will be simple, I will simply add the total amount of calories burned for the team over the entire weekend and divide by the total of team members on your team. Obviously it is to each teams advantage to get all of their team members participating so be supportive of each other and motivate one another to win this competition!! Let's have fun with this and make this week great!
