I started the workout last week Monday. I love the workouts, although I haven't been following the meal plan. But I have reduced my portions and avoid the foods that were listed (a little sad about the strawberries though).
This past week I didn't do the extra workout, but I do intend to start doing the double daily workouts this week.

I started last Monday too. I'm not following the meal plan either, but only consume 1200 cal. per day.0

I started about the same time as you did. I am not following the food plan either and I was also sad about the strawberries! I have been limiting my calories to 1200 and logging them on MFP. I lost my first pound :happy:0
