Hey everyone! I just joined this group today because I want to start lifting weights to gain more muscle. I would like to know if anyone has any experience with truenutrition.com for protein powder. I have never used a protein powder before and this website allows you to custom mix your powder and the prices appear very decent!

That is exactly what I am thinking! I am just not sure about the ingredients in the different flavors. I definitely want to stick to a 100% vegan protein powder, and the birthday cake flavor sounds amazing! I can't seem to find information on the flavors!0
