Good morning ladies::
THis weekend was horrible for me due to the fact I went out again and I have to say that liquor has defeated me
( still no lbs lost and I have upt my calorie intake but thankfully I've lost 2 more inches off of my waist and one more off of my bust and two inches from my arms..uuggghhh frustrating but I hope everyone else did well..

Well, I ate out ALL weekend b/c of Mother's Day. My weekend was planned out so instead of logging my weight today, I logged it Friday before I ate all the bad food. I know that's cheating but I knew I would be devastated if I saw the scale go up.
SW: 219
Week 2: 219
Week 3: 217.4
Week 4: 217.2
Week 5: Friday I was 215.0 which would be a weight loss of 2.2 lbs for the week but when I got on the scale this morning it was 216.0 so I guess I lost 1.2 lbs this week.

I can't complain though b/c Friday I ate Chuck E Cheese pizza, Saturday I ate at Chedder's, and yesterday I ate at my fave, Outback. I'm back at it this week so hopefully I can lose about 3 lbs (fingers crossed). Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend as much as I did! Have a great day!!!0 -
