Need help with calorie goals

Hello ladies!!! So I need your guys help. I have been doing stronglifts for 3 months and I am now at a heavy lifting point. My squat is 175lbs, bench is 105lbs, rows are 105lbs, deadlift is 170lbs, and OHP is 80lbs, I also ride 7.2 miles on my bike 3x's aweek, and sometimes 20.9 miles. How many calories should I be eating at this point with lifting heavy and cardio? I have 115lbs to still loose lost 27lbs so far. Any of your input would be really appreciated. Forgot to add that I am 5'4" and weigh 233lbs.

    I have zero advice, I just want to say NIIIIIIIIIICE on the weight levels. You're a machine! Well done.

    You'd probably do good aiming for around 2000 a day.

    Or go 20% above your TDEE, which can be calculated with this equation (and many others):

    Have you visited the "eat more to weigh less" group? They have a couple of great calculators and advice that may be helpful! Kudos on your numbers girl!!! Awesome.

    Or go 20% above your TDEE, which can be calculated with this equation (and many others):

    Great job on your lifting progress! With over 100lbs to lose I would actually recommend eating 20% BELOW your calculated TDEE, not above.

    I've decided to go with the Harris Benedict calculation. And 20% below my TDEE for light exercise. I have been slowly increasing my cals each week for many weeks. I'm going to settle on this. And not eat back my exercise cals. It's only been a few days. I'll give it 4-6 weeks and report back.

    I've also been challenged not to weigh myself until July 1. I'm twitching just thinking about it.

    Opps. Yes. 20% BELOW. 20% above would of course cause weight gain (but some would be muscle!).
