I am nearly to the end of my journey and I know new beginnings are around the corner. Looking for support and ideas for toning and getting rid of those last pounds. I have lost 85 on my own so far and joined MFP to help stay motivated and accountable.

OK, I'll look for a post. I personally like to weigh myself several times a week because it helps me keep more accountable but weighing that frequently drives others crazy.
Don't forget that the bf % will be an estimate -- I think my scale calculates my bf a bit low -- but it is a benchmark.0
