 I'm actually in Week 4 Day 1 of the program, I'm getting stronger for sure! Looking forward to the Exhaustion Test at the end of this week!0

 I realize I was supposed to go for 15 but my arms just couldn't handle it.
 But I def feel stronger this week I am looking forward to seeing how my body physically transforms over the next few weeks.
