    I am now recording my weight with the digital scale because it matches my Dr's scale. It records my weight as more than the manual. Lets go!!!

    I'd be really bummed about the weight increase if I didn't know it's water retention, but since I've been minding my calories and working out, I'll just hope for a nice loss next week.

    Clearly I won't make my goal of 240 this month, but after 3 weeks of basically no loss, I cut way back on my sodium and started losing again. Yay!

    I didn't meet my goal of 240, but now that I've drastically reduced my sodium intake, the scale and I are buddies again. I'm going to shoot for my usual 10 lbs. in June, and if I come close I'll be happy. Only 14 lbs. from the halfway mark!
