Has anyone done this? I'm planning on starting it with my husband on Wednesday (he doesn't need to lose weight, but he's going to do it with me for strength).

When I was in college, I did the 200 sit up challenge 6 times a day (if roman chair sit ups count....other wise just twice a day). Not that I had ever heard of any 200 sit up challenge back then...0 -
Is that just 200 in the course of a day or 200 in one go? O_o0
