So I caved in and bought the DVD (she deserves her royalties) and did Level 2....somehow.....not in great style, far away from being one of her "best girls" - but I survived

Ive been very stressed because my first week i only lostone inch around my waist and half of a pound. But this morning was weigh in day and i lost 4.5 lbs this past week and another inch! So a total of five lbs and two inches! Yay! Giving me more motivation!0

Oh, I just read something on one of the forums about how whenever we start a new exercise program, our muscles go into shock (the soreness) and retain water. It is not unusual to see a slight weight gain in the first couple of weeks and then POW, the pounds come off. Great Job Emikayfoos0

I skipped the Shred this day and did an hour of her new kickboxing fastfix video instead. Addicting! Will shred on my lunch today though, and probably again tonight to make up for it. I hate level 2....0
