I have always been big around the middle, but my stomach has reduced a heck of a lot, but is still a bit on the podgy side.
Anyone have any tips on rights foods to eat to try and get rid of it a little bit more?
I do ab/stomach exercises twice/three times a week at my classes, and i know you can't really spot reduce areas, so i am thinking its the food choices.

Any tips will be grateful.

    Hey hun
I found boxing and circuit training helpful for me to lose the inches off my stomach.
Or you could try something like this...

This website has some good ab exercises.

I think examining your diet would be a good place to start when trying to tackle and get rid of belly fat.
I know it may sound stupid, but go on pinterest, and tumblr and search for fitness. You may find some great fitness blogs that can help.

Strength training has helped me. Not just "ab exercises" but working with free weights requires you to engage your core to move that heavy weight around.
