I just entered the last 3 weeks' data into a spreadsheet and this is what I see:
Average calories consumed: 1132
There were 2 days where I went over 2000 calories, yikes! But overall, that's not bad.
Average calories burned: 483
Going forward, this is going to increase dramatically, as I have time on my hands and have found that I can easily burn around 900 calories on the treadmill by adding time at a lower intensity. I don't have weights available right now because our fitness room is under construction, but soon I will add weight training.
3 weeks ago I weighed 124.
1 week after that, I had lost 1.8 pounds, weighing in at 122.2.
2 weeks after that, TODAY, I weigh 122.8. I have been busting my *kitten* for the last 2 weeks and GAINED! Grrrr!!! X(
Random side note: I know it's paid advertising, but the banners on this site never seem to change. Am I the only one being brainwashed against bananas???? What do they have against bananas?

YOU CAN DO IT! Just keep at it. Try changing things up. Low Cal can take longer to kick in. Give it a couple more weeks and you will see the difference.
Side note: I did horrible this weekend! Went to about 1500 calories for like 3 days in a row! BLAH!!!! Damn birthday parties and upscale movie theaters with great food! But one weekend of bad eating or a couple weeks of no loss doesn't mean it wont happen and we cant do better!
Best of Luck!
Cheers!0 -
Could it be just fluid retention from your cycle?
Seems like I retain 2-4 lbs of fluid during the 7-10 days before my period.0 -
No, I'm nowhere near my cycle. I bloat up really bad then, too, so if it was that, I'd be even worse!0

Today is BLAH! I didnt even loss a lbs. this week.
But I will stick with it! Also the weekends are so hard for me! I really need to not eat more just because I am at my boyfriends house!
I can do it! Fingers crossed.0 -

I feel your pain! But you have a good attitude! Stick with it, all this work will pay off soon!
I also struggle with eating right when my boyfriend constantly buys snacks and ice cream! It's sooooo hard to turn it down when it's right under your nose...0 -
Gum. It's one of my best defenses against tempting snacks.
If I pop some minty sugar free gum in my mouth, I rarely feel the need to snack on anything I shouldn't. Don't like to waste the gum or spoil my minty fresh mouth.
I carry it everywhere.0 -

You know, I just might try that... I know after I brush my teeth, I am more reluctant to eat anything to ruin the feeling.0
