Is anybody else having trouble eating all the food Jamie has listed in phase 1? I'm also very bloated!

I'm getting ready to start my 3rd round of Jamie's program and diet. The first time, I didnt follow the diet to a T because I found I was so stuffed and bloated with all the food. But the second I did better and plan to even try harder this 3rd time. Digestive enzymes do help but just listen to your body, you cant change the way you eat overnight and expect your body to respond the way you would like it to, it takes time. If you are like me, I have been eating junk food for so long my body probably had no idea what real food is. It does get easier, I promise. Stick with it, I have had the biggest gains and fat loss with her program, which is why I continue to do the program instead of looking for something new. It really does work. People at work are always saying you have lost so much weight but in reality I havent, just fat, and gained muscle. I also get lots of compliments on how healthy my hair and skin looks now. Clean eating is the way to go.1

I started taking probiotics and those seem to be helping a lot. I've lost a few pounds but haven't dropped any body fat.0

I have been using the apple cidar vinegar that Jamie Reccommends and I think it helps with the bloat some plus enzymes and probiotics also help.0
