    This is a big one for me. With this weight loss I just entered the "healthy" weight range for my height according to my BMI. This has been one of my main goals from the very beginning, it is going to be a great week!

    Getting bored and changed thing up this last week...I'm all over the board some mornings I'm at the gym at 5 am for a 45 minute walk/ run other days I'm in the gym at 10am for a hour run/walk I've added heavy lifting (heavy for me) a four day split. I run out of energy before I get done so I'm trying 2 trips to the gym each day. Messing with my diet too! Increasing my protein to 40% of intake.....so I can take a weight increase while I'm figuring out what works for me.
