    G'day!

Firstly, what type of diet are you planning for? Do you want to go totally raw or veg?

The easiest thing to do would be to hit youtube or google and you'll be overwhelmed with options!

Otherwise, if you can be a little more specific about what you want, I'm sure plenty of folks will help out.

    Cheers!

Thanks for replying, I'm on a natural whole foods, no-unnatural sugar diet. I eat lots of fish, veggies, fruits, the occasional chicken breast and the once in a blue moon steak/red meat. I only eat breads/grains/pasta/rice that are made with wheat flour, corn flour, 100% whole wheat (not enriched) which has limited my consumption of these foods. Any help would greatly be appreciated!!

In response to the raw newbie :), here are a few links where I have found recipes that now make a regular appearance on my table: http://www.mindbodygreen.com/0-3079/Raw-Food-That-Doesnt-Suck.html, http://brantleycure.com/healthy-recipes.asp. The last one is Dr. Brantley's website, and he's got a lot of really good information in his book, The Cure. The information helped me to understand how to "put it all together." Hope this helps!
