Need Healthy Challah Recipe for Shabbat

With Shabbat coming up and I am new at this does anyone have a healthy recipe for Challah bread ?

    I'm bumping this to add that I'm looking for a whole wheat challah recipe?

    I have considered using my regular challah recipe and just subbing whole wheat "white" flour (king arthur) for regular flour... and maybe using honey instead of sugar.. but I'm new to baking with whole wheat flour and have been learning its not always as simple as just substituting flours.
