Thursday Challenge

Now this challenge is in my face!!!!!! I struggle with this one daily! But strive to get more sleep. It helps our immune system and it helps us think more clearyly to make better healthy choices and exercise efficiently.
There has been research how sleep effects the hormone cycle to help with the hunger and satiety cycle.

    Good challenge! I love sleep! I don't struggle with it like many do (thankfully) but I know how important it is for very aspect of your life.

    I make sure I get at least 7hrs everyday....I aim for 8 but get 7 :)

    I'm really struggling with sleep issues. I'll try sleeping every night this week...

    I have a hard time sleeping more than 3 hours at a time at night. I will wake up every 3 hours for about an hour and then finally fall back asleep for about another 3 hours. I still get about 7 hours of sleep give or take a half hour but still have a hard time sleeping more than 3 hours at a time even with a sleep aide. Any suggestions?

    Now here's a challenge I excel at. Plus it helps that my weekend starts Thursday evening. Now we'll see if I can get it to carry over into this week. :)
