Hi Team!

Congrats on winning the challenge last week! We're already haflway there!!

I would like to apologize in advance because I anticipate a gain this week. I have family in town, had my son's birthday party on Sunday and this was my 1st week back at work after 1 year of maternity leave. My whole family is sick including me so I haven't worked out at all this week. Hopefully we all feel better soon and I can start working on a new regular exercise routine...

Really 200.0 I mean it is better than a gain but why couldn't it say 199.9 lol. Looks like I have to push really hard this week to get into ONEderland!

I actually thought I was going to gain this week because of the stuff I ate on Mothers Day.

Ugh! So frustrated. I think I need to get back to journaling my calories and food intake. Plus I need to change up my exercise routine.

that's what I expected after the week I've had. I have not been very good to myself this week, looked to sweets for comfort during stress. Also, I always bounce up & down, so it's like the stock market--think long term! I see I'm not alone in this boat this week. I think we can all do better next week. I sure hope I can! My DH has been put on oxygen at home and he's never going to quit smoking. I'm becoming a more-or-less full-time caregiver and monitor to make sure he doesn't light up while on the O2, like he did last weekend!! without the O2 he gets confused, and with it he can't smoke. bad combination. My boss is great though; he said I'll alwys have a job there.
