I'm craving Ice Cream SUPER bad!! Anyone know of a good low carb/ sugar free Ice Cream?

    I just seen some at my PickNSave, its called Clemeys and its sugar free. I haven't tried it yet but I did buy a pint. I don't have it in front of me, but I do believe it has 7 carbs and 170 calories per serving which is a half cup. Let me know if you try it before me and I will do the same :happy:

    Ok, its not ice cream but satisfies....

    2 tablespoons pure cream
    1 tablespoon cocoa powder (no added sugar)
    1 splenda sachet


    mix up until it forms ice cream consistancy. Put in the fridge for a bit if you want it cold. It is so yum and induction friendly, about 2 carbs. I have it almost daily after dinner as i love dessert. Enjoy...

    Slim A Bear Sugar Free Klondike brand several different one to choose from many around 100 calories. If you have a Red Mango Frozen Yogurt in your area original is around 150 calories with no toppings.Sugar Free fudge cycles 40 calories. Or take your favorite yogurt put in ice cube trays and freeze for a low calorie option.

    I have a good fake out Root Beer Float. I buy Frosty Top Root Beer, no carbs or caffeine. I put ice cubes in a glass, add as much heavy cream as you like, I just pour it in, maybe 1/8th a cup. Then top with the Root Beer. This always curbs those sweet tooth cravings I get. Hope this helps.

    I like this ice cream and also the panna cotta recipes from Linda's website. I've told several ppl on here about this site already, I get all my Atkins recipes here:

    Ditto on Breyer's Carb Smart. The chocolate covered bars are 5 gms of net carbs, I believe. An ice cream substitute I like is flavored cream cheese right out of the tub!

    Yummy !! I eat a Carbsmart Ice Cream bar eveery night and just love it. To me there is NO difference between it and full sugar ice cream bars.
