Wow.... Day 8 already huh? I have only lost 1.5 lbs down from 185.... HOWEVER... The scale doesn't fluctuate up or down 6 lbs or so any more like it used to. I used to "know" how much I weighed, but every morning would be a total change from the morning before. So.... I think that's good.0
