I have been trying so many things to loose weight and I keep getting un motivated even though I really want to loose the last bit of weight. So what are some thing you are doing to try and loose those 15lbs? ~ I am going to try and drink more water (I dont drink enough) So I am hoping this will help...

Just weighed myself and I am down 1lb!! I know its not much but its more pregress than I have had in weeks (I actully put on 2 or 3 lbs) so now only 14 more to go and 22 days to do it. LETS GO!!!!!!
I don´t know what happened but I stepped on the scale this morning and I had actually already lost 4.5lbs!! How about that? Anyone else already seeing progress? I sure hope this is not just some bluff and all will be back to normal by next week.
